SocialBee Review: Why It’s My Top Social Media Scheduling Tool

In this day and age, showing up so that we can attract our ideal clients is super important. However, it is just as important to find a way that protects your time and energy.

This is especially true for dietitian entrepreneurs, social media managers, and copywriters who juggle multiple tasks daily. We need to have systems and automation in place to not burn out as we work on our business.

My favorite tool? SocialBee, hands down.

Hi – I’m Holly Larson, a registered dietitian and nutrition copywriter. My goal is to spend the least amount of time on social media as possible. SocialBee helps me to do just that, which is why I’m excited to share my SocialBee review here, including my experiences and favorite features.

What is SocialBee?

SocialBee is a user-friendly social media scheduling tool.

It’s a comprehensive platform designed to manage, optimize, and grow your social media presence from a single dashboard. SocialBee offers an array of features to make social media management a breeze.

As a nutrition copywriter, almost all of the social media posts that I make aren’t time-sensitive; promoting a blog post or talking about The RD Blog Club can happen in any month. So, it is important to me to have a tool that makes it easy to use and reuse the content that my VA and I make.

My Favorite Features of SocialBee

Now that I have used a few different social media tools, SocialBee is my top fav; here’s why!

Super easy-to-recycle content

My absolute favorite feature of SocialBee is its content recycling capability. By using SocialBee, I’m able to keep my feeds active by automatically resharing my best-performing posts. It’s a game changer for maintaining a consistent online presence without constantly creating new content.

I simply set up different “buckets” of content, such as promoting The RD Blog Club in one, sharing writing tips in another, and talking about my blog posts in a third. Then, I share which social media platform they share to and when. As I write new blog posts, then my VA and I make a new post to promote it and drop it in that bucket.

SocialBee also makes it simple to have specific criteria for the sharing schedule. For example, you may only want to use a post four times and then archive it.

With other platforms, reusing content was much more cumbersome and such a drag. This system is SO much better.

Auto Publish

With my previous tool (that shall not be named), when I had a post scheduled for my Instagram, I had to receive a push notification, stop what I was doing, and publish the post. This was troublesome because not only did it interrupt my workflow, but it was also hard for my brain to stop scrolling on Instagram.

Now with SocialBee, the posts are published automatically. Perhaps I have less engagement, but being able to work with a less interrupted workflow is the bigger priority for me.

Easy timely posts, too

While most of my content is recycled, sometimes I’ll have timely posts, such as promoting a conference that I’m speaking at or a live workshop that I’m hosting.

It feels simple to upload and schedule these kinds of posts, too.

Quickly collaborate

In SocialBee, I’m able to set up posts to collaborate with other folks, easily! For example, as I’m promoting The Dietitian Money Conference, I can set up collaboration posts with each of the speakers as I promote their specific session.

Here are the instructions for how to set up those kinds of posts.

Connects with Canva

For those of us who aren’t graphic designers but still want to create visually appealing posts, SocialBee’s integration with Canva is a lifesaver. This feature enables me to design and edit images within Canva and then directly connect them to SocialBee (we all know how tedious it can feel to have to download and then upload a zillion things – no thanks!)

This built-in connection streamlines my workflow and saves precious time.

Quick customization

Some posts are almost the same between one social media platform and another, but not exactly the same. For example, the caption for an Instagram post might say “link in bio”, but in a LinkedIn post, the link to click will be within the caption.

As you’re scheduling posts, SocialBee lets you customize the post and caption based on where it will be posted. I love this feature!

Easy collaboration with my VA

Collaboration is key in any business, and SocialBee makes it effortless.

My virtual assistant can upload posts, and have them ready for my approval, ensuring our social media strategy runs smoothly and efficiently. I may want to tweak a word or two, but from there I can approve the post and move on with the rest of my day.

Great Customer Service

A tool is only as good as the support behind it, and SocialBee’s customer service is top-notch.

Whenever I’ve encountered issues or had questions, their team has responded quickly and has been incredibly helpful.

I even got a bonus of two extra social profiles for the same cost after completing a customer satisfaction survey – wahoo!

Reasonable Cost

While SocialBee does cost a bit more than other tools I’ve used, the value it provides is worth it, to me.

Given its robust features and the time it saves me, I find it to be well worth the investment. I currently have the “bootstrap” membership, and that is plenty of profiles for my business needs.

Why I Prefer SocialBee Over Other Tools

Finding the right social media scheduling tool can be a daunting task, but with SocialBee, I’ve found my perfect match. It’s helped me streamline my social media strategy, save time, and maintain a consistent online presence, all while providing the flexibility and support I need to succeed.

Having tried various scheduling tools over the years, I’ve found SocialBee to stand out for its user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and the fact that it caters to all my needs in one platform.

Whether it’s the ease of recycling content, the seamless Canva integration, or the ability to collaborate effortlessly with my team, SocialBee has simplified how I manage social media.

For dietitian entrepreneurs, social media managers, and copywriters looking for an efficient, effective way to manage their social media presence, SocialBee is a tool worth considering. Its user-friendly interface, combined with powerful features, makes social media management less of a chore. Give SocialBee a Try! You can use it for free for 14 days and see if it is a good fit for you; I think you’ll love it!
